the simple things make me happy..

so i finally got back home from my weekend trip to orlando, and after almost a week of waiting more than patiently, i got to see Tavares again and give him his presents: a copy of 'kingdom come' the comic, a new wallet with thhe old-school nintendo controller decal, and the Transformers encyclopedia, needless to say, he was very happy. i'm glad he liked them. the time i spent with him wasn't bad either [okay, it was well-needed and wonderful ;)]

the only shitty thing about today would be tropical storm noel, hovering over us and bringing with her crap weather. i don't know how long this power will hold. i hate being without electricity. it sucks ass.
