I GOT IN!

on the 28th of last month, LCAD sent me news that i've been accepted to their program with a merit-based scholarship.  fuck yes!

still waiting on Ringling, SCAD, and Emily Carr to send word back, but in the meantime i'm scouting out apartments in the Laguna Beach  and surrounding areas- and cyber-harassing all the california friends/contacts i can exploit for my own usage >).  just in case LCAD ends up being the one [hopefully it is!] that is chosen, i gotta have all my stuff together, right?

and it'd be even more awesome if Tavares could come with me.  but we'll get to that bridge once his letters come in and he decides what'll work for him.  keep your fingers crossed for him too!


-MAJOR UPDATE-

SCAD, Emily Carr and Ringling have all responded with positive news [SCAD even offered me an academic scholarship, which i thought was pretty funny], and Tavares has gotten accepted to Emily Carr!  Still waiting on Ringling to get to him, and he has one more thing to send to LCAD.
